| Repair Warranty Policy. | |||||||
| All repairs include a 6-month repair services warranty. This warranty covers all rework labor and parts as necessary to | |||||||
| correct for defective repairs related to the initial repair completed as indicated on repair invoice. | |||||||
| Jones Broadband will pay for regular ground transportation costs associated with shipment of warranty repairs to and from | |||||||
| its Oceanside, California facility. | |||||||
| Warranty Exclusion: Laser transmitters in fiber optic products are specifically excluded from repair warranty coverage. | |||||||
